Refund policy

We want you to love your Bonsai Tree as much as we do. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss any queries or concerns. Feel free to call us or send us the text message at 613-276-7267; or please send us an email at grow@bonsaiottawa.ca

If we are unable to fulfill your order, or you have received a damaged item, we will offer to refund or replace the item.

While we think all Bonsai Trees are perfect, that are not all perfectly the same. This means they won’t all look identical to the photographs on our website but we do our best to choose bonsais as similar as possible to those photographed. You will not be entitled to a refund for minor variations in the tree or a different color/shape of the pot.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases but are happy to exchange your purchase in store only. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for an exchange. All the exchange items should have original packaging kept.
