Dwarf Jade | Portulacaria Afra
A must have for any bonsai collection. This easy to care for and low maintenance bonsai is great for beginners or advanced enthusiasts! The Dwarf Jade, originating from South Africa, is a resilient plant that thrives in rocky, sandy environments. It is accustomed to enduring long periods of drought and excessive watering can lead to rot. This succulent can grow up to 4 feet in height and 5 feet in width, with an impressive 10-inch-wide trunk.Ā
Leaves:Ā The Dwarf Jade plant is characterized by its small, rounded, and fleshy leaves that resemble tiny green coins, earning it the nickname "Money Tree".
